Non-woven fabrics are safe, environmentally friendly, and breathable, which are very beneficial for flour storage. In recent years, they have replaced burlap bags and woven bags as the mainstream of flour packaging. Non-woven flour bags are of high quality and low price, and are the first choice for flour packaging, and are more suitable for flour packaging of high grades.
The production process of non-woven flour bags: It has been upgraded from hand-sewn non-woven flour bags and manual screen printing to non-woven flour bags with machine-made bags and machine-integrated printing.
Non-woven flour bags are different from ordinary non-woven bags. It is necessary to choose a slightly soft fabric with good tensile strength, not the harder the hand feels, the better. Many customers have misunderstandings here. Observing the fabric with the naked eye can see irregular tension distribution, that is: do not choose fabrics with obvious longitudinal or transverse grain. Because the bearing flour is not as random as the ordinary non-woven promotional bags, only the bags with good tensile strength can bear better load. Most of the time, choose 75g/m2 fabric for 2.5kg non-woven flour bag, 80g/m2 fabric for 5kg non-woven flour bag, 90g/m2 fabric for 10kg non-woven flour bag, and you don't need to choose more non-woven fabric of gram weight, so as not to increase the cost too much. (Special reminder: Because of the different fabric making process, the fabric with thick and hard feel may not necessarily be really high in gram weight!)
If the quantity is too small, the non-woven flour bags cannot be made by automatic machines. But it can be made by hand screen printing, such as 2000 pieces per batch, but the unit price will be slightly higher because of hand cost.
Lamination printing non-woven flour bag is to composite the printed BOPP film on the non-woven fabric, that is gravure printing non-woven bag. It is necessary to make a gravure cyliners, and the user needs to pay the cylinders cost. laminated non-woven bags are mostly covered with BOPP film on the front and not on the back, which is good for ventilation. The back can also be screen-printed to print explanatory text or simple graphic.
Many customers use the woven bag sewing machine to directly sew the bag mouth of the non-woven flour bag, which sometimes causes the non-woven flour bag to be easily torn at the sewing place. At this time, you should pay attention to adjusting the distance between the stitches, you can even choose fine needles and threads, and a good quality sewing machine. In addition, in terms of transportation, the stacking height of finished bags after powder loading should not exceed 10 layers. I have met a customer who stacked 16-layer finished flour bags before loading a truck, but most of the non-woven flour bags on the bottom one and two layers were unpacked.
